I . POLICY FOR DELIVERY

In order to meet the demand and protect customers' benefits when using the service, Cacao Trong Duc has implemented a policy to support the viewing and inspection of goods when delivery.

Delivery time regulation

1. Delivery service time:

 - Elivery 7 days a week (except holidays, Tet).

2. Delivery time:

- Inner Delivery: 1-3 days

- Suburban Delivery: 3 - 7 days

Delivery time for areas other than provinces / cities may last from 3 to 7 days, in case goods are on the list of goods prohibited from being transported by air. You will receive information about the next appointment time during the order process on the website.

3. Delivery charges

– Free delivery for invoices over VND 500,000

– Collect shipping fees

• City area HCM: 20,000 VND
• The remaining areas: VND 35,000

II. PAYMENT POLICY

• Reason for accepting a change of payment:

- Products are delivered wrongly in quantity and design compared to orders.

- Product is defective during shipping (deformed, damaged, stained, crushed, etc.).

- The product has expired before or on the date the product is delivered to the customer.

• Time to apply to change and pay:

- After receiving the goods, please check back and inform the delivery staff to process immediately.

• Cost of return payment:

- All return costs due to product defects are paid by CA CAO TRONG DUC.

• Refund rules:

- We will refund 100% of the goods to you after the re-evaluation of goods quality.

• Refund methods include:

- Refund via bank transfer.

- Cash back on the next delivery form.
