International University visits Trong Duc Cacao Company in 2021
Following the business trip of the International University Delegation led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Van Canh - Vice Rector visited the Cacao garden and the product booth of Trong Duc Cocoa Co., Ltd - Dong Nai province in 2019.
After exactly 2 years on April 16, 2021, the International University (UEB) made the 2nd visit, organized a seminar and exchanged technology transfer cooperation products derived from Vietnam Cocoa.

After visiting the cocoa garden and cocoa fruit processing area, the International University delegation and Trong Duc Cacao Company entered the seminar and reported on the processes and products with ingredients from Cacao fruit.

During the meeting in 2019, Uncle Dang Tuong Kham shared about the development process of Cacao Trong Duc Company and his enthusiasm to develop a variety of products from cocoa fruit.
After attending the meeting and listening to the sincere sharing of Uncle Dang Tuong Kham, Assoc. Pham Van Hung had concerns with the Research Team, which has continuously conducted experiments and researches during the past 2 years.
Finally, on April 16, 2021, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Pham Van Hung and the Research Team initially succeeded in creating products of cookies, instant noodles, vegetarian sausages, pectin powder from Cacao peel powder and nutritional drink from Cacao fruit flesh.

At the end of the seminar, the delegation of International University and the leaders of Cao Trong Duc Company took souvenir photos. Thereby, on the basis of products of cookies, instant noodles, vegetarian sausages, pectin powder from Cacao shell powder and nutritional drink from Cacao fruit market. International University and Duc Cacao Company will cooperate in signing and transferring technology of the above products and help diversify products derived from Cacao.
