1. Heat the milk until it starts to boil, add the cocoa and stir well. Turn off the stove right away and add the sweetener just right.
2. Blend the mixture you just created with the chia seeds. Let cool and then refrigerate for 2-3 hours

4. Pour in the chocolate milk first, then add the yogurt on top, a layer of oatmeal or breakfast cereal, a layer of shredded chocolate, and top with frozen raspberries.
